Last week, we held a four days and three nights PTC in Hisland. As usual, everyone gathered at BBRC around 7am before heading to Hisland.
We introduced KAIZEN, a Japanese term meaning ''Continouos Improvement'' to our members in this PTC. Every member should take their own responsibility to improve their individual progress and this is what we called KAIZEN Spirit. This time round, we were more emphasised on music.
